1. While working for or with ASOL SANGBAD, One must know that ASOL SANGBAD is a non-profit social initiative. This means, for now, ASOL SANGBAD doesn’t generate any profit from any activities.
2. ASOL SANGBAD is independent and is not linked to any other Media or company.
3. ASOL SANGBAD never forces anyone to work for or with ASOL SANGBAD. As of now, every person working for or with ASOL SANGBAD acts voluntarily.
4. Being a non-profit organization, ASOL SANGBAD is unable to pay any kind of allowance or payoffs. Everyone is invited to work with ASOL SANGBAD at their own will and improve their skills.
5. ASOL SANGBAD never works on anyone’s behalf. ASOL SANGBAD is always neutral/impartial.
6. While working for ASOL SANGBAD as volunteers regularly, one can be given a designation on the basis of their activities which is progressive for ASOL SANGBAD.
7. ASOL SANGBAD can Issue ID cards for their volunteers. But, it will never be considered a Press card. Hence, “Press card” related benefits will not be applicable to the undersigned.
8. If a designated ASOL SANGBAD volunteer, do not work as intended, then their designation will be canceled.
9. If a working volunteer is not in contact with ASOL SANGBAD for more than 30 days, he/she wills no more be considered an ASOL SANGBAD volunteer.
10. Moreover, after that ASOL SANGBAD will not be responsible for any activities performed by that individual.
11. Individuals working with ASOL SANGBAD are supposed to be co-operative and supportive of each other. And are bound to be respectful to each other.
12. Any kind of misbehavior or harassment to co-workers (mental, physical or sexual) will be considered as an offense. And adequate measures will be taken against the individual according to the Indian Penal Code.
13. The Undersigned Individual is aware that, ASOL SANGBAD never discriminates anyone on the basis of ability, caste, creed, race, color, sex or religion.
14. ASOL SANGBAD will not be responsible for any remarks/comments made by an individual.
